It was too cold. Windows don't close properly, the windows and doors slams. Only one socket at the kitchen, and you have to always switch kettle or microwave or your other device.

There was a place for park car on common road.

Bed sheets were like sandpaper, shower wasn't clean. Never leave your belongins in common areas! I made a mistake and left my ring in the bathroom, after I came back a couple minutes later, it was gone. :(

We were lack of cups cos 5-7 people can stay at the apart simultaneously and we found only 2 cups, the rest was glasses. It was a little bit unusual to drink tea from glasses. It was not a big problem, indeed. Also it was a little cold in the apart despite the heating turned on. Air cond can be used as heater, and we used it as heater, but its engine makes such a noise from outside (from the balcony) that, for me personally, it was a problem at night. Perhaps, I`m very sensitive to sounds)

We liked the place, it was easy to reach. Just take bus 6 from Venice. The bus stop is called Trieste Bosco. And just 7-10 min walk from the bus stop. Supermarket is nearby the bus stop. The apart itself is three-roomed with a common bathroom/toilet/kitchen. Do not relay on dead silence) kitchen is equipped with some stuff. Washing stuff and a bottle of water per person are provided in each room. The host is helpful and supportive and meet you to show the apart. Speaks English. Gives very quick responds. Rooms are pretty big and nice.

TV does not work. Made out was getting fixed but didn't, We were there for 1 week. Review that I read said wasn't working a couple of months ago. So I feel they have no intention of fixing. Bed linen is all synthetic which is a no no for me, did not like it. Bath & drain is very old & grotty looking. Doesn't drain water well.

The room was large. Kitchen was great. Heating was good. Overall good for the price we paid. Bus to Venice a 5 minute walk.

Upon arrival, we were informed of an overbooking issue. The owner hastily redirected us to an alternative hotel, Albergo Nuova Aurora, without any prior notice. What made the situation particularly unsettling was the owner's behaviour and insistence on us riding in his car, which did not feel safe. Future guests should be cautious about sudden changes and prioritize their safety and clear communication with the property.

Pillows were a little hard for me but everything else was great.

Place was lovely, nice private room with lock on the door. Place was clean, area was great - lovely wine bar opposite flat and 2 min walk from the bus stop that takes you straight into Venice. Also super close to the train station Mestre. Felt safe in the area too.

Unfortunately, the room smelled like cigarette smoke. The bathroom was also not very clean and at times toilet paper was missing.

The location was quite good to get to Venice. There was easy access to public transport and a supermarket.

I didn’t understand the process for renting an apartment as opposed to renting a room. I did not know that there would be no receptionist, no one to speak to, just a phone call a guy walks over, unlock s the door for us shows us what we got and leaves. I understood that we had one bathroom or the two apartments we were renting, I did not know, however, that the bathroom was also for another apartment with people we had no idea about. There were just a lot of surprises, and none of them were good.

"There are several things that I didn't like about the apartment. Firstly, the apartment itself is quite old, and whenever you open anything, there is a loud noise. The apartment doors are also old, causing them to make loud noises when opened. This can be very disruptive, especially if you're trying to sleep. Secondly, there is excessive noise during the designated silent hours. Despite the rules stating that noise should be kept to a minimum between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am, this rule is not followed. It was very disturbing for me while I was trying to sleep. Thirdly, the bathroom window is old and when there's heavy wind outside, it produces a loud sound like a bomb blast. Additionally, the lock on the window is broken and not well maintained. Moreover, the carpet on the floor was old and dirty, and the dishes in the kitchen were also dirty, with some of them completely burned. This made it very difficult and unpleasant to use them."

Everything The place was clean the staff were amazing, very helpful and nice people if you needed anything they would be there straight away. Location is great just a 5 minute walk from the bus

The host was helpful and nice. We could talk with him and arrange some needs and his answers back was quick. The place was clean and in the kitchen there was some tea and sneaks for us. The bus stop to go to Venezia was close.

Great accommodation! The room, bathroom and kitchen were always clean, the area is noise free, good connection with Venice and Mestre central station via bus 6 which is just 5 minutes walk away. The owner always shown it's interest to help us if we need anything. Beside this, we are very grateful for the owner, as he saved our trip to airoport because we took the wrong train for Treviso Airport and got lost 🤦‍♀️. He is really a very kind and helpful person. Thank you so much for everything dear owner and we hope we will come back to you sometime! 😊
