  “We stayed in Kaigetsu for one night only but it's a very nice stay. The location is good (close to the train station). A old but beautiful Japanese style hotel. The host is very friendly and welcoming. We arrived early and was able to deposit our luggage first. After one day tour, our luggage was already in our room. Our room was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the hot spring and the breakfast also. Next day, the host even prepared lunch bags (お握り/onigiri) for us when we checked-out. So touching. Will come back if I visit Toba again.”

  “The location is in a much quieter area of Japan and the coastline is very lovely. Visting the Ama women pearl diver's hut was so interesting. The hotel was right on the water and a great base for exploring.”
