Breakfast was underwhelming and could be certainly improved, especially the vegetarian options.

Location is just perfect, right in the center of Palanga with all attractions walking distance. The room was very comfortable, great design and overall relaxed vibes.

The breakfast choice was absolutely poor. They served tasteless pasta for breakfast, the only egg choise was omelette. Dishes or sauces didn’t have cards so I had to guess what was being served .

This time I especially liked view through the window, where I could always see pine tree. All the other things as usual here - room very clean, good breakfast and very friendly staff.

Perhaps the breakfast is not very diverse - but everyone will find something for themselves. Fresh and very tasty products.

I visit Palanga several times a year. So far, I have stayed in competitive hotels. But a unique offer tempted me to stay overnight at Grand Baltic Dunes. Location - you won't find anything better. Right on Basaneviciaus Street - a few hundred meters from the sea. The room - tastefully finished, beautifully and elegantly finished. Very clean, equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The room also has a mini kitchen - a very convenient solution when you want to prepare something to eat or drink. The room is very quiet and well soundproofed - which should be remembered when staying in high season. The main promenade is quite noisy and not all hotels located on the promenade are able to keep the rooms quiet. Therefore, I can confidently recommend a stay at the hotel. I cannot forget about the staff - smiling and very helpful ladies. An additional advantage was the ability to leave the bike in the underground garage! My next stay in Palanga will also be spent at Grand Baltic Dunes.

For me, it seemed strange that the four-star hotel doesn't provide its customers with a bottle of water as a complement, for example. I think that is the only minus I can think of.

The hotel location is absolutely amazing - very close to the promenade and a walking street with a large variety of restautants. The room was clean and nice. A tremendous advantage - an undergorund parking! Breakfas was tasty but not very variable. The stuff was friendly and helpful. The girl at the reception (sorry, don't remember her name) gave us all the necessary information about the hotel and the near-by locations. Definitely will recommend this hotel to friends.

Extremely good location. Hotel is beautiful, has parking in the garage, lifts. The room we've got was simple and cozy. We stayed in winter, the room temperature is easily controlled. The breakfast was amazing! The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant in the building, the food very delicious and prices were normal. Very good deal for the price! Recommend highly and hopefully we will be back here some time in the future!

We really liked everything, starting from staff ending with bath :) receptionists ware very polite and careful, so good mood was from the very start. Room was prepared bit early and everything was so clean, even bathroom without any water drop stains. Room had nice relaxing, not anoing scent, nice view and bath which was super as it was -16c outdoor that day :) breakfast was fresh, well worth the price. And offcourse really good location. Hotel overall as for Lithuania left very nice impression, perfect for relaxing stay as everything was clean and calm. We loved it.

It was cold in the room, heating even on maximum was not doing much
