Fun and excellent fun and also outside dining area. Your morning desayuno-breakfast excellent in hours from 7 to noon and also in quality and sabor. HOWEVER, ONE CAN tells you get few gringoes as per your EXCELLENT WAIT staff not knowing how to talk with- deal with nervous first time North Americnos—-no menus en inglés and wait staff not trainined IN NOT SPEAKING A MILE A MINUTE AND LOUDER when confused, anxious, nervous gringoes want to know what is in the various dishes or menue items….you have to go get a kitchen worker who spok inglés to help calm things down. Duh! Train your friendly wonderful staff in how to deal with international travellers who you will get MORE OF AND MORE OF THEIR $$$ IF YOU do so. If not, word will get around you are a REGIONAL, AUTHENTIC WONDERFUL YUCCATAN FACILITY in the heart of Morelos BUT do not know how to handle international travelers….Otherwised, 5 star. PS: this survey too long and complicated to be doing for free btw. Wherés my reward? Time is valuable…

The receptionist, Karina, wasn’t as helpful as everyone else. She didn’t seem happy and looked upset about having to help. I think she needs a refresher on customer service. I also would like to point out that I asked for a Frappuccino in the Restaurant, and it was horrendous.

Everything was fantastic. I went there with my family, and my mum wears a wheelchair; she never goes out on a trip because she usually struggles too much. Most of her experiences were traumatic, but this hotel and its staff were so friendly and helpful that it was a pleasant experience for the whole family. I can’t thank enough all of the staff and especially Jorge, who went above and beyond to make of our experience a perfect one.

it looks like hospital decoration or very “office” decoration, too much black color inside, it needs color! , flowers , etc In the restaurant very low white light ! it doesnt invite you to eat there . Though the food is good!

Facilities, broken tiles, old and rusty bathroom accessories the room was with a musty smell, in general the hotel is good if you're planning just to stay and go around, if your idea is just be laying on the pool and stay all day probably you could find better options for the same price.

In general it is good, I not had the opportunity to use the facilities beyond of the room, I picket it by the location I was out all the day during my stay, I could say I just used to sleep.

They wanted an outrageous amount to upgrade to a better room even though they weren't busy they would not accommodate me and the jacuzzi was lukewarm not hot. Very disappointing

The Air Conditioning did not work on my first day but it was addressed immediately. At times it would make noises. My key deactivated three times that was very inconvenient.

Not only we were not pleased with the noise, but also, it is upsetting, because the front desk knew about it, and they chose to assign us a room facing the street. Very very noisy. We didn't know, and as the hotel was not by any means full, they could have given us a room facing the back towards the pool, but they didn't. Wrong!!! Beyond that, there was a minor (minor?) detail as there was little flow of water through the cold water faucet on the sink. And, there's the minor detail of just one hand towel in the bathroom, and one that looked (I'm not saying it was) dirty.

We have mixed feelings about the location. On one side it is on a very good and nice neighborhood of Cuernavaca, with shops and restaurants nearby. However, beware! For the same reason, at night you have bars and discotheques almost next door, so there was A LOT of noise, right up to 5AM. Not the best if you want a peaceful night.
