The Place served the purpose for a short visit, it's in a good location, very safe even at night, clean and managed well. Umaire was very helpful even when I didn't ask for help, Thank you team, Keep up the Good Work. 👏

The entrance is a bit hidden. The surrounding environment is very busy.

Staff service is very helpful. The facilities are quite complete for a backpacker. Even though the surrounding area is quite busy, the hotel and rooms do not leak street noise.

- When we arrived there was no one on the desk and the number we tried to ring was not recognised by either mobile phone. We did inform the hostel that we would be there later than we thought. In the end we had to knock on the door to be let into the place. Only a small inconvenience.

- Location is great. A lot going on around this part of the city, especially at night. - Hostel was really clean. - Bed was really comfortable. - Staff were quite friendly. - Later check out.

Noisy area - loud music from the pub/street in the area until 3 am every night, poor sound isolation. Hostel vibe - the whole hostel vibe was relatively cold and the common area was at it minim al.

Location - Right In the centre of the bustling Bukit Bintang. Privacy - Capsule with blinds. Reasonable price / location.

Very clean place with great staff. The beds are decent size. There is every thing needed but only kitchen is not there. The location is also very nice and there is a lot of good street food around.

- there are no doors between the dorm and reception so it’s really loud when someone is talking - no place to dry wet clothes - no common places (except for one table in the reception) - there are some ladies (probably offering massage) with red lipstick and short skirts always standing at the entrance to the building. I felt a bit uncomfortable passing them but they don’t interact with you so that’s fine

- comfy bed - light, plug and privacy curtain by each bed - you get a towel - big lockers - warm water in the shower; there is also shower gel and two hair dryers - potable water dispenser - clean - good WiFi - friendly staff - perfect location (close to metro, many restaurants and food market)

My duvet cover had stains and even cigarette burns but I exchanged it for the clean one as the room wasn’t full.

Very calm and quiet so it’s not for you if you are looking to socialise but I loved it this way. Comfortable bed and a locker, great location, water dispenser, some staff was really lovely.

Just depends to other people might make some sound that could be quite annoying but the environment is quiet enough to sleep

The price is definitely worth it. The location is also very near to klcc. Facilities are enough to use. All things are clean, storage provided. Overall perfect

Not very social, and can be too quiet, but overall all good if you need your social battery to turn off.

Staff were both helpful and paid good attention to detail, was happy to help whenever. Accommodation is in a great location and close to most things, if you’re on the left side closest to bathroom it’s less noisy.
