Everything was great in the hotel. Clean and comfy. I want to underline that even though it is a little bit further from Prophets mosque, they have a great shuttle for every prayer that takes you there. I want to emphasize that the shuttle is new because I saw from other hotels what kind of vehicles they drive and theirs is great. It is also nice to take a night walk from Mosque to the hotel if you are late to shuttle.

Room clean, bathroom good and clean and if you cant get parking spot in Nabawi or near Nabawi, you can take a walk from the hotel even though it is a little bit far. Overall, the hotel is ok.

Nice hotel, nice room interior (new), polite stuff (Jumman), polite reception. Location walkable (walked to and from the hotel to haram ladies gate 17 and 12 for Fajr, Qiyamul layl easily). Good for couples. Uhud mountain view and view of the Green done from room was peaceful.

I did not like the price, it was too high for a 2 night stay I did not like how the hotel is basically isolated and there is no stores on the same street (the mini grocery store is behind the hotel by two blocks) I did not like how the laundry service is one store that is monopolizing on the laundry market and basically charging exuberant amounts because they are in agreement with the hotel I did not like that the hotel’s fire alarm system goes off although there is no smoke, no fire, and no bukhoor at all. It seems erroneous and they should fix that.

I liked: the proximity to the grand mosque the proximity to a park as well as a mini grocery store the cleanliness of the place the hospitality (they also provide dates and arabic coffee in lobby) the free bus that takes you to the grand mosque the professionality of the reception the flexibility of changing rooms based on family needs the friendliness of all staff members the walk-friendly lane in front of hotel the speed of staff in bringing extra room goods the checkout time, 2pm is good for most people

A bit fair from Nabi mosque by walk (about an hour walk). A shuttle service is provided to take guests on first come first serve basis on the straight road to the mosque but wished the timings for shuttle service were more flexible or run most of the day rather than just before/after pray times.

A nice and clean property with good size rooms. Welcoming staff, who were supportive of our needs during the stay and flexible in amending our booking. We would have stayed here longer but due to mum’s health we needed a hotel near the mosque.

- hand wash tap in the bathroom is built in a way where water goes all over the table, really hard to keep the counter from getting wet and full with water - at first the pillows were very hard and had to ask for other pillows that turned out to be softer

- clean room on first arrival - breakfast is inexpensive, tasty and fulfilling - staff is excellent - very polite and quick to respond; whatever you ask them you get it in no time - the usb ports near the bed was very useful when you don’t have an adapter - shuttle bus was very convenient to get to the mosque and the driver was polite, patient and respectful - complimentary coffee and dates in the lobby is a nice additional touch to the hotel
