A little far from the center of things, which of course makes sense for a resort like location. If you need to move around and shop just be aware of that. It's perfect for a relaxing stay.

The facilities were great, pools, spa, gym, buildings and rooms are all well equipped and maintained. They offer free airport shuttle which is great. Staff are friendly and service-oriented. I wish I'd had more time there as I was only there briefly on transit so didn't get to fully explore and enjoy all they have to offer.

I felt that the resort amenities such as the food and spa extremely expensive. This was disappointing, considering the resort is no where near other options for such things. I also thought the balconies to be not 5-star standard, without even a chair. We also booked this hotel for the sole reason that it was close to the airport but with traffic it was 30 minutes.

Beautiful resort and rooms, food was delicious and staff very hospitable. We loved the pool and seating options.

There was a short moment when the lights had gone out due mainly to strong winds and bad weather at the time. I can't really fault the establishment or their service. Service is excellent 👍

The room was lovely and clean. The staff at the concierge are amazing. The Thai massage experience was wonderful and relaxing. The pool area was fantastic. Food and drinks were very good and delicious.

Resorthotel in the area of BKK airport. Area itself - nothing in walking distance - so you need a grab.

Corner rooms with canal view. Spacy and clean. Layover before our flight back home to Europe. Free airport shuttel. Very good breakfast buffet - and a very tasty restaurant, and not to forget to mention the pool bar :) Very friendly and helpful staff around :D

Not really near shops of any type our attractions but airport convenience is its main appeal. Overall, there are more positives than negatives

Free shuttle service to Airport was fantastic with both pickup and drop-off at numerous times during the day. The food was great and the choice was very good for both dinner and breakfast. Drinks were available to purchase and delivered to the room. Near 7 Eleven to purchase items. Pool excellent size.

There's not much to do/see within a short walk, but I knew that when I booked.

The staff were very friendly and the food delicious (I ate at both of the hotel's restaurants). Lying by the huge pool was a great way to spend time.

The shuttle bus service is not working in an organized way...They promised a pick up from BKK airport to Divalux resort, but when I came to the location there was no bus available.

Housekeeping- we stayed 2 nights but Housekeeping didn't come on 2nd day, and after we complained they only refreshed but didn't replenish things like toiletries or robes & slippers.

Reception staff very helpful. Buffet breakfast in Thai restaurant is very good quality and great range of choices. Good pool.

The property is a bit far Bangkok City centre. The swimming pool is amazing and huge. But guests were allowed to swim fully clothed. Those without swimwear should be asked to stay at the shallow end. It is unhygienic for others.

It is a beautiful property, with plenty of space, lovely garden to walk around, use of cycle within the resort, nice large swimming pool and lovely restaurant serving delicious meals. The airport pick up and drop service was very useful.

Nothing to really dislike as we were only there for 11 hours.

Location wise it was ideal. Just a 20 minute drive to the airport. We arrived after dark so didn’t really get to see anything. The room was lovely and big. The bed was huge. The only strange thing was the amount of light switches it had in the room! We literally spent so much time trying to work out what switch did what. It became quite funny in the end.

The breakfast was a little bit different to what I expected but it was nice. There was a selection of salads and cheese, pastries and also varied hoot dishes to suite most peoples taste. There was Indian style food, western and also South East Asian cuisine. There was also an egg station where you could order eggs as you like. Fresh coffee and tea was available and also orange juice plus other drinks. It was nicely presented and tasty.

The shuttle bus was was every 1 1/2 hours and never came to where they said it would. I waited 2 hours and ended up in a taxi
