The chairs on the balcony we had were horrible so uncomfortable but it wasn’t a big deal maybe better chairs could be used !

The staff were lovley the girls beautiful and so kind and attentive ! All smiles the property was very nice cool and spacious loved just chilling out in the evenings .

This resort was fantastic. The views were amazing and we loved the quality of service in the resort. We were happy to walk down to the town and hire facilities were in walking distance for those who want to hire bikes (as we did). There are plenty of options for food in the main town, which is only a 10 minute walk down the hill. The pool view of the sunset is incredible.

Our favourite accommodation when travelling around Thailand. It’s in the perfect location, 6 min or so ride from the main strip. The staff are so lovely & helpful, beautiful idyllic views from the pool. Everything about AVA Resort is perfect. I’d 100% recommend to stay here if in Koh Tao.

Prior to checking in I spoke with the hotel via their social media page and arranged a taxi from the pier. Very straight forward and the taxi was waiting. From the moment I checked in, I knew I’d made the right choice booking this place. The place is immaculate. The staff are amazing and friendly and the view from the room. Wow! Our room was stunning and super clean. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant but you are immediately given the hotel what’s app number and you are sent various menu’s for local restaurants that deliver. I really liked this concept. The hotel what’s app is very responsive and answered any questions I had within minutes. The busy area is around 2-3 minutes on a motorbike. Perfect distance away for us. I will certainly return to this hotel.

Very little to dislike about this resort. Due to location it is about a 20 min walk from town, and that walk is not for the feint hearted! It cost 400thb return for a taxi to town, which for a long stay is quite expensive. I think for the cost of the resort, and having stopped at other similar places in Thailand the hotel would greatly benefit from a free shuttle service into town, especially since they don’t have an onsite kitchen, as much as they do offer delivery from restaurants it’s nice to be in the town and walk around.

Outstanding hotel! The room was spotless, lovely design and layout. Lovely resort but a small complex. Staff were super helpful, would message instantly on WhatsApp with any questions, would reiterate that delivery services would be closing each day incase you wanted food ordering in. The views from the balconies / pool were outstanding.

Amazing resort!!!! The best value for money we had in Thailand. The pool is just incredible, the hotel is super quiet and the staff are just WOW. so generous! Take the pool villa, it's so worth it.

It was slightly out of the main Sairee centre. Highly recommend hiring a moped to get around as it was 2-3 down into the centre. However they did have a prompt taxi service, just would cost more z

We loved the view and the overall aesthetic of the hotel. The staff were sooo lovely. The pool was gorgeous and so was the room. Lovely coffee shop on site, shame they didn’t do alcoholic drinks in the afternoon/evening.

Although it has an outside bath, it is fairly visible, so not particularly private. The chairs on the balcony are very uncomfortable

Absolutely loved this resort! So peaceful and chilled with a beautiful pool area, yet you are only a 5 min drive away from the main town where it all happens! Also really nice you didn’t have to worry about sun loungers there was always spare beds around and some days we had the pool all to ourselves! The staff were also super helpful and just lovely people! We would 100% pick this hotel again!

Unfortunately we didn’t have the sea-view room. I thought al the rooms had this, so that was a bit disappointing. Nevertheless is this the best spot on Koh Tao to relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets.

Beautiful view, kind personal. Nice bar with great soda’s and coffee’s.
