We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I loved the huge walk in shower and the lighting everywhere in the room. The room is not very big but you have everything you need including hair dryer. The building is new, very big, with several entrances and 4 floors. There is an elevator and 24/7 reception. It is located basically on the beach but my room didn’t have a window facing the beach. I got a very good price but that’s maybe because I went there in May which is a low season.

New ZealandThe cleaning service took longer than expected; we returned to our room around 4:30 pm and were surprised when the cleaning staff knocked on our door at 5:00 pm. However, considering the size of the hotel with three buildings, it's understandable that it would take time to clean all the rooms. It wasn't a big issue for us.
The hotel is ideally situated in the heart of Chaweng Beach, close to the main street bustling with restaurants, bars, massage parlors, and shops. Conveniently, there's a money exchange shop nearby. The rooms are clean and tidy, and complimentary drinking water is provided, as is customary in Thailand. The bar and restaurant are fantastic, and we particularly enjoyed spending quality time on the deck. Additionally, the hotel offers complimentary kayaks; simply ask the staff at the bar for assistance.

Ireland- CLEANING AND MAKING UP OF ROOMS: room-cleaning takes …seemingly… forever!?! It appears there is very scarce cleaning staff and rooms regularly not cleaned until 5pm each day which is simply farcically late. Also the standard to which rooms are made up is simply not up to scratch. Beds shoddily made up. And chief of all: TOWELS NEVER REPLACED. Each day we threw our towels on the floor of the bathroom. They would either be plainly ignored, taken and not replaced (??) or folded in all their dirty manner. Just honestly quite bizarre. This goes for both bath towels AND beach towels. On the occasions that we asked staff to replace these towels for us at the reception desk, they were willing in some cases but at other times seemed incredibly confused at a very simple request and expectation for a customer to have. We enjoyed our stay here but our frustrations with this aspect of our time at The Stay was just unnecessarily annoying and staff’s training needs a lot of improvement to see this fixed. - Pool bar staff: one male member of staff in particular was just flatly incredibly rude in numerous interactions. - Smoking: personally bug bear is that they allow smoking by the pool, just nasty in my opinion! - Drying: tiny thing but no drying mechanism or rack for bikinis etc in the room!
- Pool area is fabulous - Location on the beach is lush - Pool bar is well priced and offers tasty options - Breakfast is calm, functional and caters to a Western palette which pleased these weary travellers - Terrific bathroom - Modern, sleek and airy feel to the rooms and general place - Really good and reliable AC - Having stayed in a lot of smaller complexes and hotels around SEA, it is nice to have a big hotel with all the facilities and resources that come with it.

Very central to everything, staff pleasant and helpful. Lovely beachfront location. Taxis and booking trip booths very close by. Great selection of shops bars and restaurants. Good was varied and very nice, also good value for money.

Location is really good -very close to the beach and to the central street in the town. Swiming pool was clean, good, but preaty small. Staff were OK. Cleanes was on a acceptable level.
