Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Egypt-there is no pool or access to a beach or any facilities inside the hotel it self yet around the hotel there is super market and everything you need

AustraliaI was pleased to have a room at around USD 100 per night in Miami Beach, but then was slugged with a USD 64 cleaning fee, so seems like its better to do more nights, i only had a night so it made the stay more expensive than i anticipated. I will book for 6 nights when i return.
This is a great choice, terrific location, friendly helpful staff, and the rooms have everything you need , and nothing you don't. Many good restaurants close by.

Was given the option to pay $30 extra though im not certain if I saw about that “hidden fee” before purchase. So if you stay here, know that room maintenance is not included in price, it’s separate.
Nice location and about 5 minuetes from beach. Also close to ocean drive.

Czech RepublicUnfortunately, the hotel doesn't have a 24-hour reception, which leads to homeless people actually sleeping in the reception area, as some other reviews have mentioned. Better security for the entrance doors would likely help. It's also necessary to confirm that the hotel has either a too sensitive alarm or a broken one because we also experienced a false alarm at night, which is unpleasant. We had to leave the building and wait for the firefighters to turn off the alarm. We would also appreciate it if there were glasses in the room and if the room was cleaned at least once every few days.
The hotel is in an amazing location, only a few minutes' walk to the beach and Ocean Drive, yet it's on a quieter street. There are great restaurants nearby. Both the hotel and room were quite clean. The WiFi works wonderfully. We had room 202 on the second floor, and it was quiet. We were also pleasantly surprised that you can easily park on the street in front of the hotel.

United StatesThe rooms are small and the walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors. They only provided small pillows on the bed they were much smaller than a standard pillow. It would be nice to have a microwave in the room.
I love the location because it was close to many restaurants and just a block from the beach. Overall the facility was clean. I did have to ask for a clean bed cover because there was a stain on it but the staff promptly brought a new one.

MaltaNo coffee machine or kettle on the premises for some coffee. The bed was very uncomfortable, tilting inwards and hard. Not to mention the little square pillows which were made out of little pieces of foam... We were very exhausted from travelling the day before and we wanted these two days to rest before another long haul flight... we failed to do so! When asked if all was well I pointed this out the the receptionist and they promised me better ones... but seems that management did not take note and the pillows never showed up. Before the second night, I requested an additional one from the non-English speaking staff but they only gave me one which was the same as the others. I was very disappointed with this as the hotel was lovely, modern and clean. Management should invest in good beds and good pillows for their guests. I never complained about beds as I understand every hotel is different but this...
Location was good - walking distance to public transport and to Miami beach. The hotel is modern and the room was a good size when compared to others in the area. Check in was easy and the receptionist was very helpful. The mini fridge was larger than a mini fridge and we could place some large bottles of water inside. The receptionist showed interest after our first night by messaging me on booking.com app to ensure we had a great night.
