How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

The pool was small and you had to pay for a place to lay down unless you got very lucky. Way too loud on the music as well. The room cleaning was inconsistent with regards to time. We'd leave and have to call down for towels etc. The TV remote worked poorly, but maintenance replaced it so maybe it was the TV too. I think we asked for room cleaning daily. It was cleaned once.
Wanted a room with a view of the sphere and we were able to upgrade on site. We appreciated Ivy the virtual concierge, although we should not have had to use her as much as we did. Loved Hash House a Go Go!

The elevators take such a long time

No necessities and amenity kits, body wash and shampoo dispensers were empty. Also the lotion and hand wash dispensers were empty. With the price we paid, we expected these necessities should be available.

It was very dirty. Vents and air ducts were filled with thick dust. Corners very dirty. My allergies went wild.

Rooms were not clean. Founds things from previous people like socks and change. Lights in the bathroom kept going in and out. Water pressure was not great.
Location was the best, close to both ends of the strip. Plenty of good eats near by.

The pool had some horrible music and was rather crowded. It's not really a pool, it's a hang out area that happens to have a few feet of water in it.
Stayed here with a total of 6 of us in two rooms. We asked if they had adjoining rooms and they did. They helped us get two joining rooms at check-in which went pretty smoothly. Great location. Easy to get around. Went to the Sphere for Phish, it was epic and totally worth it.,

Don’t get me started… internet poor, way too pricey, $ 50 plus tax PER NIGHT resort fee, parking plus tax every night, music at pool way too loud, long hairs in shower, rooms small with very little counter top space, lots of exit lights out, not even coffee or drinking water, no way to see your expenses and room fees until you check out.
Not much, location was good.

the music around the pool is very loud and is ok for young people but not for older people trying to relax. Air conditioning in room was very noisy

There’s no clocks in the room. Older people do like clocks in the room. And if the room had microwaves in there that would be a plus. Sometimes we can’t eat all that good food in one setting.

The AC was unbelievably loud, as if you are in a room with a tractor. You need to be deaf to be able to sleep with such an AC. The hotel is also a casino in the center of Las Vegas, expect people who continue their loud middle night party at their room that happens to be your neighbor room

bartender very rude and talking to “customer/friend” pretty loudly using degrading remarks about people and customers whose political views don’t align with theirs.

TV kept freezing and the other one wasn't plugged in.
Beds were very comfortable. Location was amazing with lots of things to so and places to go. Checking in and out was very simple.

Noise, price-need to pay for EVERYTHING.
Room was pokey and outdated. No fridge in the room. Although the location of the hotel was central, the hotel was very loud. The pool area was like a day nighclub and very noisy.

The pool parties started a little early and ended early. Was woken up a few times by loud music. I feel like if it started at noon and lasted til 7 it would be better.
