The breakfast is very good, served on a beautiful terrace overlooking the Medina. To highlight: the kindness of Rachid, who attended to all our needs and came to pick us up at the parking lot with help to carry our luggage to the room.

This Riad was the most beautiful one I visited in Morocco. The host was very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was the diverse and very complete! The Riad is a bit difficult to find because it is inside the Medina. I recommend to use the google maps and when you are close to it just ask people around. It totally worth it and I recommend.

The owner is very polite and his wife make a special breakfast included in the tax and if you want she could make also a traditional dinner. The house has and old style but is very clean and has an amazing terrace were we saw the sunrise and sunset. we had a real Moroccan experience there, we felt like part of their family ! Note that there is a large amount of restoration work going on in Meknes as at May 2023 so many of the sites are either closed or behind hoardings and not visible.

The lady and her daughter are very nice hosts, who showed us how to navigate to the maze of the Medina and how to easily find back to the riad. In the evening she prepared a delishes meal for us and gave us a deep insight in real Maroccan life and rituals. Thanks for that great experience. We abslolutly recommend this riad for your stay in Menkès. We hope, that we will have the possibility to come back.
