The location is just perfect. The room snd bad is comfortable. The bathroom is clean and spacious. The hostess is very friendly. There was a small terrace in our room. It was nice to seat there at evenings with glass of vine.

Andrea was very kind and helpful. It was located in the perfect distance between the most important museums to visit and restaurants. It made me feel like I was reliving the renaissance, would definetly return to stay and reccomend it to my friends and family. Clean, comfortable bed and pillow. Typical italian breakfast included.

Everything... go there. Absolutely fantastic neighborhood, huge apartment, well equipped (kitchen, tv, wi-fi etc.).15-20 min walk to the city center, 5 min by tram. The street is quiet and safe, as well as Florence. We loved it. Staff is great, very helpful and friendly. This is upper middle class living area. Reccomend it strongly!!!

Very beautiful hotel. Garden with view was adorable. It was our honeymoon and we were given welcome drinks. Free shuttle bus to the center. The best pillows ever, so soft.

Place was quiet and out of the way of the hustle and bustle of the city center which we really enjoyed. Lorenzo was very helpful and informative on how to get around the city and what food is best to try and he nailed it. Would definitely stay again if we ever make it back to Florence.
