Facilities were impressive! A beautiful infinity pool overlooking the sea, great terrace restaurant for dinner and a nice terrace for breakfast too. We also had a spot available at the hotel's private beach, easily accessible with a car. It was a rocky beach but super nice. Sunsets overlooking the sea on our way there were the cherry on top!!

We loved the beautifully restored Tuscany farmhouse set in beautiful gardens. The hosts were very helpful. Lovely breakfast included which we enjoyed on the back terrace overlooking the gardens. Also gluten free products were available for my partner who is a coeliac.

The location was perfect - right in the heart of the old town, and on the central pedestrian-only street of Orbetello... Yet the rooms were quiet, facing away from the street. The owner was really exceptional - he went out of his way to take me around Orbetello, to find me a good restaurant at an odd time of day, and generally show off the town. Really helpful.
