Everyone was perfect, at the reception we get Istanbul card, wifi modem and could check in immediately. It is the first time when we saw such a kind attitude and attention. It has very good location, close to all important tourist attractions .The room was very clean, warm and cozy. And Zeynep the owner of the hotel is such a positive person , always ready to help you if you need. We highly recommend this hotel

Very kind receptionists and the cleaning ladies Breakfast and the water with cucumber Bathroom and amenities. I loved everything! The guys from the reception were extremely nice, the breakfast very good, the amazing fresh fragrance in the reception when you come from outside, the beautiful small and cozy pool inside. The room soooo modern! Top! :)

the room was amazing. the designers preserved the architatural history perfectly and still made it look very luxurious. the staff was very professional and helped us book the best placed to visit like a hamam and a restuarant. but the best restaurant we visited was actually the one in the hotel itself. superb! in the morning I had breakfast and a coffee at the bar/cafe of the hotel. great bartender and here as well the designers made a cool looking bar unlike any other in the neighbourhood

I loved everything, the facilities are very well decorated, it’s clean and really near from the Blue Mosaue and Hagia Sophia. The breakfast is delicious and the staff pretty friendly.
