One word: perfect. The atmosphere of the hotel felt really authentic, the food was super good and the staff explained everything. They were also very kind and helpful for any matter. There is the possibility to book a private onsen and the onsen itself is amazing and can only benefits your health. In conclusion, we will definitely come back.

Absolutely beautiful location, incredibly helpful staff, and very friendly. I didn't know fluent Japanese like I should have when visiting, but the people were exceptionally understanding. Everything about our stay here was fantastic. The rooms were spacious, clean and the balcony hot tub was very nice. The food was amazing, both for breakfast and dinner. The staff were welcoming and very friendly and attentive. We would definitely recommend staying here.
