Oyado Koto No Yume on vain 2 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Takayaman rautatieasemalta, ja se tarjoaa japanilaisia huoneita, joissa on värikkäitä yksityiskohtia. Personally, it seems that I don't like the Japanese bed that much :)

Luxurious ryokan Fuji Onsenji Yumedono is located just 500 metres from Lake Kawaguchiko. This was an exceptional stay. While the onsen doesn't offer a direct view of mount Fuji, we could clearly see it on our drive over thanks to clear skies. When we entered the premises, the staff was attentive immediately. From taking our luggage to making sure we were set up in our room. The room was SPACIOUS, with a lounge area and bedroom with screens to close off sections. The highlight was having our own outdoor bath to enjoy during cold winter nights. Perhaps the most breathtaking aspect of our stay were the meals. We were blown away by our dinner. It was the best thing we ate during out entire trip in Japan (we were in Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto prior). We enjoyed a sumptuous parade of dishes that really showed off the local ingredients. We didn't think it could get better, but breakfast the next day was equally, if not more, delicious. While expensive, we enjoyed a serene getaway with our private outdoor bath and excellent meals. Would love to return.

Ryokan Hostel K's House sijaitsee 100 vuotta vanhassa rekisteröidyssä kulttuuriperintörakennuksessa Shizuokassa, 7 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä JR Iton rautatieasemalta. I love the ryokan onsen! The free use of the onsen without extra charge and tattoos are welcomed!

Situated 1.5 km from Takayama Station, Iroriyado Hidaya is a recently renovated 4-star accommodation in Takayama, boasting a garden, a shared lounge and private parking. The location is about a 20 min walk to the central area and about a 30 min walk to the Hida Folk Village so the location isn’t too bad if you’re planning to see both. The staff is beyond excellent, extremely polite, friendly and welcoming. We had the Japanese breakfast which was really delicious. I loved how big our room was, it was all well worth the stay.

Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated Mitsubikiya features accommodation with a garden and free WiFi. The air-conditioned accommodation is 800 metres from Matsumoto Station. Very helpful personal. New and clean rooms. We had our own toilet. The breakfast was also very good.

Atami Sekaie is set in Atami, 2.6 km from Atami Sun Beach, 25 km from Hakone-Yumoto Station, and 35 km from Shuzen-ji Temple. We really enjoyed our stay and the meals (dinner & breakfast) were excellent.

Located in Oshino and only 10 km from Fuji-Q Highland, 八海 木花館 provides accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. The location and the view of Mt Fuji at the property was just spectacular. The food and service was impeccable. Nina Lin was sharing with us all the great spots to take photos of Mt Fuji and we really enjoyed our conversations with her. The other older lady was very helpful and hospitable as well and we can't praise them enough for making our stay so memorable!

Situated in Atami in the Shizuoka region with Atami Sun Beach nearby, SOKI ATAMI features accommodation with free private parking, as well as access to a sauna. Entire experience is what we truly appreciated specially the private onsen.
