The most exceptional service I've ever seen (and I've traveled 40 countries so I know what I am talking about)! The place is a bit out-dated but it has its own charm and the quality of service and attention is simply next level! Great view from the room, food quality is amazing and meals are very big and diverse! They offer transfer to/from train station as well as drive where you need in the morning when you go sightseeing, which is highly appreciated! Onsen area is small but has a nice view (women's section) and you get to wear a beautiful yukata they prepare you in the room. Japanese futons (bed) are very comfortable even though you need to get used to it after Western bed.

Just a 2-minute walk from Takayama Station, Oyado Koto No Yume offers Japanese-style rooms with a colourful touch. - incredibly kind attention, lovely staff. - both baths were great: the public bath is an onsen and the private one is heated water. - Japanese breakfast is a must, really good food! - comfortable amenities.

Luxurious ryokan Fuji Onsenji Yumedono is located just 500 metres from Lake Kawaguchiko. Very clean and spacious, serene and comfortable!

Located in a 100 year-old Registered Tangible Cultural Property, Ryokan Hostel K's House is located in Shizuoka, a 7-minute walk from JR Ito Train Station. The hotel was the main attraction in town. The hotel is so beautiful in it's traditional architecture. True place of art. The town is great if you are planning to do hikes or other small towns in the region.

Ubytovanie Iroriyado Hidaya sa nachádza v destinácii Takayama 18 min. The location is about a 20 min walk to the central area and about a 30 min walk to the Hida Folk Village so the location isn’t too bad if you’re planning to see both. The staff is beyond excellent, extremely polite, friendly and welcoming. We had the Japanese breakfast which was really delicious. I loved how big our room was, it was all well worth the stay.

This is a place to go for the incredible meals. The chef is passionate about quality Japanese cuisine. I recommend enjoying a meal there even if you don't stay in the hotel, which is quirky but clean and comfortable. You can also get a very hearty breakfast to start the day with. Wonderful hospitality.

Breathtaking view, soothing hot water that is all mine-just-mine! The room was spacious and extremely comfortable, they have thought of everything really. Equipped with both a kettle and a coffee machine, multiple hair drying-styling equipment and amenities. The teppanyaki dinner was delicious and included gourmet choices of ingredients and drinks. Staff were extremely attentive and polite. A stay to remember for life.

The location and the view of Mt Fuji at the property was just spectacular. The food and service was impeccable. Nina Lin was sharing with us all the great spots to take photos of Mt Fuji and we really enjoyed our conversations with her. The other older lady was very helpful and hospitable as well and we can't praise them enough for making our stay so memorable!

This place is an absolute dream come true! Every detail was perfection, from the serene surroundings to the fantastic design. Loved strolling around with the provided pyjamas and the private onsen. The dinner was a wonderful culinary experience with top-quality ingredients. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, adding to the overall wonderful experience. Perfectly located near Atami, it's an ideal retreat. If I could, I'd give it more than 10 stars. Just perfect!
