Opened in 1878, Fujiya Hotel features Meiji Era architecture set in Hakone’s natural beauty. The hotel itself is absolutely exceptional, and probably the most impressive luxury hotel I've ever stayed. If you enjoy the history exploration and the Japanese-western style, Fujiya definitely will be a great fit. The hotel finished its renovation 2 years ago and everything is in good condition. You can experience its glory and rich history since the majority of areas are free to explore for staying guests. (Do not miss its museum, library and garden. The swimming pool is a bit small, and personally I quite enjoyed its style.) In fact, my friends and I spent so much time exploring the hotel itself, the time spent in Fujiya hotel eventually became the highlight of our Hakone trip.

Set in Hakone, 8.3 km from Hakone-Yumoto Station, Hakone Gora KARAKU offers accommodation with a sauna, a hot spring bath and a public bath. mistakenly booked our hotel room for the next day of our stay. Amazing room with a private hot spring water bathtub. Different kinds of private baths are available to the guests without reservation, the common baths are also quite nice. I recommend including the kaiseki dinner in your reservation, it was a great experience.

Situato a Tokyo, a 1,5 km dal Tempio di Sensoji e a 2,2 km dalla Tokyo Skytree, il Ryokan Nakadaya offre sistemazioni con salotto in comune. Mr Nakadaya helped us a lot, being recommendations on where to go or help with our luggage he was always willing to take an extra step. Will definitely come back if I come to Tokyo again, even if we were not that close Tokyo station we didn't felt the location were bad at all, a tran station was nearby and there were also a lot of things to do around.
