This was a lovely apartment with many thoughtful touches. I would highly recommend it for anyone wanting to experience Rhodes , take the time to explore but have a quiet retreat to come back to at the end of the day. As others have said it is comfortable and has everything you could want, but in addition it has a sense of peace, and the lovely garden to sit in when you have had enough of tourists and beaches and museums. Our suit was newly built and we were the first ones to stay. It was very clean, spacious, well equipped and walking distance to all areas in old town. The breakfast is served to your room at your desired time 🙂 and it was a real delight suitable to all diets. Both Giannis and Efi are great hosts, their kindness and hospitality are worth to highlight. We really enjoyed our time in Utopia, certainly will visit again. Many thanks.

We loved everything about the apartment. Great location, very near to shops, restaurants, bars and the most important, the beach. First, I was affraid it would be too noisy, but nothing at all. I woke up with singing birds :) Very comfortable beds and shits, spotless clean, cleaning everyday.

Apartment was amazing, room was nice and clean, bathroom as well (property is equipped with their own system of water heating via solar power so hot water was always available in unlimited quantities), and apartment is equipped with washing machine which was great option to have. Windows have mosquito net, and beds were very comfortable. We even asked the host to provide us with different, harder pillows since the soft ones are not to our liking, and we got them right away. Hosts were very exceptional and ready to help us with any question related to local places to eat/visit, as well to provide any information we needed.

Great location, a short walk (10 minutes) into old town, also a 20 minute walk to Zefiros beach which was way quieter and less touristy than other beaches in Rhodes. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent place for solo travellers to stay, I highly recommend!

The communication with the owner worked perfectly and he helped me to arrange a taxi and answer amy questions o had during our trip. Highly recommend this if you want affordable and cozy place. Good shower and Nespresso machine. But what made this place special was Dimos - he was full of brilliant advice and really looked after us.
