Being in a local neighborhood instead of the busy centre, even during the off-season, was a nice change of pace and a much more authentic and enjoyable experience in the evenings. However, I cannot stress enough that the icing on the cake was Alex at reception. He was so pleasant and welcoming, very thorough during check in and showing us around, and went the extra mile when it came to some difficult street parking. He really went above and beyond and constantly made us feel at home. He gave some excellent local restaurant recommendations right in the neighborhood and was a very interesting person to talk to. We were really impressed by him, and his kindness was unmatched. We hope he gets the recognition he deserves as a top-notch host.

We hired a car from Palma airport and the drive there was so easy and instructions from Pau were really helpful. The location is nice and quiet, there's a small town nearby. We chose to make our own breakfast as there is a fully equipped kitchen and made dinner at home one night. The grounds of the finca are really beautiful and full of trees and flowers. Perfect for reading, sunbathing and meditation. We spent time listening to the owls and watching the sunset and even went hiking from the property with a map provided by the staff. There is a big parking area, a place for bikes and laundry facilities too. We stayed in the suite with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and it was huge and luxurious! Lots of towels, robes, etc. of good quality. We will definitely return and recommend it to everyone!

Around 2.9 km from Palma Yacht Club, the property is also 3 km away from Palma Port and offers free WiFi. Passeig del Born Avenue is 2.6 km from the hotel and Palma Convention Centre is 2.6 km away. We only had enough time for coffee and croissants but what was on offer appeared to be very good. The location of the hotel is difficult to find and perhaps still “hidden away”too much. But that’s easily overlooked when you have this type of accommodation on offer and an employee as good and as pleasant as Laura who made us feel super welcome. We did not have enough time to fully enjoy all the facilities in this wonderful little gem, but we will certainly return there on our next trip to this enchanting city.
