Some apartments have a dishwasher and some units have a Blu-Ray/DVD player. Spacious rooms, good design, everything great! Not sure why (some comments here or on tripadvisor I think) I feared the real room will look a bot dated compared to the advertised pictures which were maybe from when they launched. Not the case, everything is as in the picture, very from our time design in such a great location in older part of Nice. I recommend

Each of the studios and apartments have been renovated in 2017 and feature a dining area, a seating area and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The private bathrooms come with either a bathtub or a walk-in shower and a hairdryer. All rooms are soundproofed. The kitchenettes are equipped with a microwave, a hob and a refrigerator. The staff were fantastic at the apartment and the location was perfect! Breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious. The apartment itself was clean, basic and had everything we needed. I can’t wait to return!

Everything about this property was perfect from the location of the apartment to the hospitality of the owner. It was clean with comfortable sleeping arrangements and a perfect cup of coffee to wake up to.
