Very good location. Close to railway station and town facilities. Host lives on site, so very convenient for keys and commun. Apartment was very clean and well appointed.

Guests can enjoy the living room which features a sofa, electric rising/reclining chair, TV and dining table. We stayed in one of the Stable Cottages. Our Stable Cottage was the ideal retreat. It was in an idyllic location very close to the beach. It was extremely quiet and peaceful down a country lane. Nigel's detailed instructions made it easy to find the cottage. The cottage was very well equipped and lacked nothing in the way of facilities. The bed was extremely comfortable.There were plenty of towels provided. We liked the wet room instead of a traditional bathroom. The milk and eggs left in the fridge for us were a nice touch. Nigel was a very attentive host and keen to make sure all his guests were happy. We felt welcome.

The ambience and comfort for my family and I was beyond exception. The host was great and went out of her way to make us comfortable.

Each spacious apartment at Shanklin Villa has modern décor with wooden floors and stylish furnishings. The open-plan living and dining area has a flat-screen TV and a sofa, while kitchen facilities include a microwave, fridge, kettle, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The location was convenient - a number of restaurant options were within walking distance. The space (4 bedrooms) gave all of our travelers their own room, which was a nice feature because we were on a long trip together. Having a washer/dryer was handy, although the combination unit made laundry a time-consuming project.

Is a lovely garden and outdoor seating area. The host very kindly took us to the ferry on departure.
