Location very close to the center beach, 5mins walk and that's walking slow, supermarkets in any direction you're going, rental options in any direction you're going, too. Uber is always finding the right address, friends in another part had a big problem but we never had. Sweet view over Novalja from the terrace.

There is also some shade from the trees on the beach. 10 minute walk (with small children) away is the public Planjka sandy beach with bars, slides, swings etc.
