Everything was stunning – the apartment, service, facilities, location. And without any doubt, a lot of luxury hotels worldwide (once again – WORLDWIDE) must send their stuff there to learn how to treat their customers. Paulo is a professional – he knows how to maintain successful business and to make guests satisfied with their stay.

Additional in-room amenities include chocolates or cookies. excellent location (a few steps away from Terra Nostra Park, the lake, places of volcanic activity, shops and cafes), a very cozy beautiful quiet house and garden, a picturesque village, very friendly people around, an atmosphere of relaxation, harmony and comfort. we were there for Christmas and the house was beautifully decorated and we had a warm welcome, it was very nice. the nature around is absolutely special. There are chickens, ducks and fish in the yard. Many thanks to the owners of the house for their help, quick response, and for their efforts to create a festive mood!

Our flight was early and the host made arrangement for an early check in which helped us get some rest before going out and leave our stuff in the property. The host also provided information about attractions in the area and helped me with finding what I needed on my first day.

They thought everything to make us comfortable, and the location is excellent, so close to beautiful Furnas that you would love the nature ❤️they provided all the info in the room, even an explorer map, which helped us to discover Sao Miguel. The team was also super helpful; 100% recommended for a good stay
