Staff is very kind and always available to help and assist you. The hotel design is original and captivating. The room was spacious, clean and the cleaning service passed twice a day leaving some chocolate at night. The bed was very comfortable. I felt well treated and I would definitely come back.

El desayuno. Estuvimos fuera de temporada y el anfitrión mantuvo la calidad y variedad (fimabres, jugos, frutas, huevos revueltos con panceta, panes y croissants). El último día le solicitamos adelantar el desayuno pues teníamos que viajar temprano y accedió muy gentilmente. Parking gratis en el predio.

First of all, the staff was one of the nicest we ever met. They have really put the time to advise on where to go, what to see, how do we rent bikes, etc. The room was beautiful with a lovely wood setting to it, very comfy balcony with a good amount of sun when the sun is out. The bathrooms were very comfy. It's only 2-3 minutes walk to the cable car and bike rentals, and maybe 5 minutes walk to the center. We didn't have a lot of expectations from the breakfast but it's one of the best we had in the area and the effort that was put into it was clearly visible. I highly recommend Al Viel.

Everything: location, cleanness, especially the staff; The room was cleaned everyday. Good breakfast. Great location: close to ski lift, close to ski rental shops, close to center of the town. Very helpful staff: helpful with rental information, helpful with skiing area information and great tips.
