Everything was great: rooms are clean and staff is nice and helpful. Hotel is located in a nice neighborhood, there is a large mall just across the street. Breakfast was okay, just as you would expect from a good 4-star hotel. Our room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and there were all the amenities you would expect. We didn't have a chance to visit spa or the pool, so can't comment on that. It was scorching hot in Almaty during our visit (+36 C), but AC was doing a good job keeping our room nice and chilly. Will definitely visit again, highly recommended.

I stayed this hotel almost 4days if I count my late check out also. I have paid AED66$ I think till 6pm. Early check in couldn’t arrange but who was in the reception young guy on 23rd worked night shift he called few places to find for me place until 2pm . If honestly I didn’t expect that much good experience while I was booking. I just randomly found Bcz other hotels are Rixos or 5stars others was sold out. Bcz of KITF. Myself I work at the hotel that’s why it check each single small points. Staffs are really good and helpful. Only Luggage assist should add maybe it’s not included but we are hoteliers always should be out of box. I didn’t have help or effort for my luggage. But the rest one all are ok. I have to mention ROOM CLEANING I don’t know who has done but amazing. I broke my cream it was in the floor staff even took this properly keep it side. Room amenities are all 10out of 10. Rooms are very comfortable bed clean. About food I am not satisfied food taste and service also they need to improve. They bring food without cutlery. Waiters was girl and restaurant is not too busy usually.

The staff are very helpful especially front office dilnaz and Deniz. They helped us for the touring of resort . The bell boy treated us with kazakistan traditional sweets . Dilnaz and Deniz they coordinate for our buggy tour. The story about the property and the construction of the property was explained by them. Swimming pool is the best experience I got here. Must visit place. Don't miss swiss hotel if your in Almaty

The location was good. It’s nearby a bus stop that you can take a bus no.12 which leads to the popular sights in Almaty, Kok-Tobe and Shymbulak.

The location was breathtaking the view of mountains and snow fall was extremely amazing. The staff are very polite as there were stair to reach the room I requested for help and they helped us with open arms. The reception will give you a card with her watsapp number so you have any questions you can text her .. breakfast was in house..we requested for deluxe room with sauna in the room the bathrooms were spacious and living room have massive sofa cum bed with bed sheets and extra towels stored in the closets . Room is equipped with heaters and A/C and bathrooms floors are heated aswel. Room service charge 5000 tengee ( I would suggest call for a taxi and go downstairs there are cafes next to medeu cable car station ) If you are checking out early eg. 6am ( there are not yandex taxi available at the location) WhatsApp the reception and book for a cab, but after 10am you can book for a yandex taxi for airport. They also have a qazaq traditional restaurant at the hotel for a qazaq food experience we tried one night before and it was amazing. The place offers hiking also shymbulak skiing resort. We stayed in city for 5days and also wanted to experience stay in mountains for 2nights believe me its bit pricey but the view heals your inner peace. I would 100% recommend this place.

Very kind and helpful staff, just loved them. Great rooms with comfortable beds, lockers, personal light. It has great common spaces with tv, kitchens etc. Everything is sparkling clean. They provide washing machine, kitchen utensils, two towels and many other things. I just loved this place! Worth staying for a longer time!

The staff was very helpful and friendly and the property has a wonderful apple garden with a traditional nomad tent. Breakfast was great and the surrounding area provides for great morning walks once you reach the Esentai river.
