Great location and near walkable to main attractions. Breakfast was included and there’s a Korean CU convenience store within 5-8 minute walk which was nice to have close by. Bathroom was big and nice, toiletries were included as well.

всё хорошо но вот еда в отеле не супер. на завтрак за 14,000 ни кофе ни фреш не включены. в ritz Carlton за 19,000 вам и красную икру и все виды кофе и 5 фрешей разных дают. и много что другое. всё остальное супер

Hotel is located in the centre of Almaty. Very comfortable, clean, nice looking. Workers of the hotel very friendly. It was very quiet to sleep I didn't hear any bad noices Shower and towels are clean Breakfasts were so cheap and nice I would definitely come again Thank u so much

Modern roomy cabins,Amazing location near to Medeu skate rink and cable car. Staff very helpful even for non Kazak/russian speakers. Excellent restaurant on site.

Very kind and helpful staff, just loved them. Great rooms with comfortable beds, lockers, personal light. It has great common spaces with tv, kitchens etc. Everything is sparkling clean. They provide washing machine, kitchen utensils, two towels and many other things. I just loved this place! Worth staying for a longer time!

The staff was very helpful and friendly and the property has a wonderful apple garden with a traditional nomad tent. Breakfast was great and the surrounding area provides for great morning walks once you reach the Esentai river.
