Amazing hotel! Everything was perfect! The whole hotel is designed with impecable style, the service was without a mistake, staff is very professional, kind and helpful. We came a few days after our wedding to relax and we were greeted with warm welcome and congratulations, tasty cake and champain in our room. Breakfast is perfect, tasty, you can choose from a wide variety of food. You can relax in an amazing spa, with a beautiful pool, various saunas, massages… Room is equipped with such attention to details that you will have everything that you can possibly need. No words to express how good everything was! We will definitelly come back! P.S. There is of course good parking and garage, location is close to the city center but it is still calm and quiet and you can enjoy a pretty view from a room balcony.

My family and I had the pleasure of spending a night at the Queen of Zlatibor, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. We are a family of four, with two boys aged 3 and 10, and the hotel catered to all our needs perfectly. The room we stayed in was immaculate, incredibly clean, and felt brand new. The furnishings were modern and comfortable, and we were treated to a stunning view that made our stay even more special. The attention to detail in the room's design and cleanliness was impressive and greatly appreciated. One of the highlights of our stay was the gorgeous spa. It was a true oasis of relaxation with two swimming pools, one specifically designed for kids, which our boys absolutely loved. The hammam, sauna, and salt room were incredible, offering a serene escape for some much-needed adult relaxation. It was clear that the spa was well-maintained and thoughtfully designed to accommodate guests of all ages. The delightful breakfast included with our stay was another standout feature. It offered a wide variety of delicious options that satisfied both the kids and us. Starting our day with such a wonderful meal added to the overall enjoyment of our visit. The hotel also had a nice playroom for kids with new and nice toys, which our boys thoroughly enjoyed. It was a great space for them to play and unwind, giving us a bit of relaxation time as well. The hotel's staff deserves special mention for their exceptional service. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests or questions we had. Their warmth and professionalism contributed significantly to the overall positive experience we had at the Queen of Zlatibor. In summary, our stay at the Queen of Zlatibor was nothing short of fantastic. Super, brand new facility Very modern and very well decorated Clean Spacious rooms, very comfortable bed, and views all above the snow white Zlatibor during our stay Bathroom was big , clean and had all the required facilities Breakfast was more than sufficient, buffet with several choices, and could even satisfy very hungry people Smooth check in and check out operations Hotel is only a few steps from the Lake, several cafes, restaurants and bars!

We booked two apartments in the same building. Both apartments were very comfy, spacious and very clean, everything you might need is already set. Bonus is a coffee machine with a lot of capsules provided (very nice touch). Supermarket around the corner, parking in front of the building, super polite host will wait you to give you the keys... TIP 1. Coffee machine brand is Lavazza. Perfect coffee.
