El hotel es grande, con un centro comercial y un casino enorme (puede entrar gente de fuera del hotel). El espectáculo de luces es especial. La habitación es cómoda, la bañera muy bonita pero no aconsejo la habitación “vistas a la ciudad” (yo veía unas obras…). Cuando fui a quejarme por los problemas que tenía, la supervisora de recepción fue amable y me dio un detalle de compensación (late checkout).

Nos ha encantado todo. Habitaciones grandes, con mucho espacio de almacenaje para meter tus cosas. Muy limpio, decorados con un gusto excelente. Les hicimos una petición especial para ver si podíamos tener microondas y cuando llegamos, lo teníamos en la habitación. El personal maravilloso.

Es un hotel de primera, súper bien ubicado en el barrio de makati, personal muy amable. Todo estaba muy limpio, los cuartos eran muy amplios y la camada era sumamente cómoda.

All perfect! The staff was so kind that I had probably never encountered before. Cleaning ok! Large room equipped with all comforts! Abundant breakfast full of choice from sweet to savory! Great location! Possibility to leave your luggage in case of need! If I ever go back to Manila, I will definitely come back here!

Stayed here for two and a half weeks with my husband and toddler and the space was perfect for our little family. Amenities were clean, staff and guards were helpful, view of Ayala Ave and Makati was great and the best part was having a SM Supermarket downstairs to grab last minute groceries especially if you have a little one or were just feeling especially snackish. The place was also equipped with an oven, another foldout lounge (for an extra bed if need be), a vacuum and a tv for all those days you just want to stay in and chill. 10/10 would look into booking this place again for our next stay!

I like everything. Location is perfect, complete things in the apartment, you have complete condiments for cooking, easy to reach the host. I’m always comfortable staying at Ryan’s apartment and this is my 3rd time that I booked his property. Oh I booked for the 4th time. The most important for me is the cleanliness of his apartment.

I am a loyal guest of Hilander’s Condotel, I can say that the room is really clean. Staff in the lobby are also nice. The staff who assists me is also really nice. She helped me with my luggage. Rooms are big for couple, there is also sofa bed in the living room and another sofa. I love the view on the balcony. Aircon are both working in the living room and bedroom. Washing machine is also working and was able to wash my clothes. They also provide clothesline where you can hang up your clothes. Location is excellent, once you go out the property, there are some shops such as pharmacy, barbershop, bakery, coffee shop and etc. It is also near the skyway if you like to go to mall of Asia, makati and everywhere. For me, my experience is awesome and I’ll probably go back there next time.
