Location was great and close to the public park and a really cute neighborhood! We enjoyed proximity to the public transportation. The master suite was nice and spacious. The other bedrooms were spacious. The host was incredibly helpful and thorough. She walked me through all of the Bordeaux landmarks, including the best boulangerie in the neighborhood! Wonderful recommendations!

    The staff were truly excellent at every level: they were always pleasant, polite and eager to help. The location was also superb, and breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. And I liked the quietness of my room, and the bedside lights were good for reading. I loved the rooftop garden too. The hotel felt luxurious and always a treat to come back to.

    Expensive, but worth the price. It's a 5 star luxury hotel experience. Location is very central and easy to find. When we arrived, the jacuzzi was ready to jump in, perfect after a long and stressful journey! There was also fresh baguette, butter, and other things for breakfast in the kitchen. The TV has Netflix. Bed very comfortable.

    This is by far the best hostel I have ever stayed in. It was unbelievably clean, the beds were very comfortable and soft, the linen was all new and the beds were already made. The bathrooms were huge and luxurious, not to mention very clean.

    Villas Foch is a fabulous boutique hotel in a great location...quiet, yet close to everything in Bordeaux. We walked to town, to the river and to Cite du Vin. Very accommodating staff and excellent service. The bar was well appointed and comfortable for our nightcaps. Breakfast was tremendous, but there are cafe's next door if it's just for coffee. Great base for exploring all the wineries of Bordeaux. Highly recommended

    Beautiful, luxurious and very spacious room and bathroom with a delicious and freshly prepared breakfast each morning. Our hosts were superb and it was a real pleasure to stay there. In a time of identikit air bnbs, places like La Villa Desvaux de Marigny are now even more special.

    Very authentic restorated mansion, with respect for the old items in the house. There is a story attached to the house and everything in it respects that. The rooms are very neat, luxurious, and very authentic. We received a tour of the house at arrival, by a super friendly host, the wine cellar is really nice…znd breakfast was great!!! It was a pity that we could only stay for 1 night…
