Featuring sea views, casa fiorella provides accommodation with a balcony and a kettle, around 3.5 km from Guvano Beach. It features a terrace, city views and free WiFi throughout the property. This place is outstanding, the location is simply breathtaking. The apartment is small but very homey and equipped with plenty of amenities and complementary items such as breakfast stuff and coffee for the bialetti. We were able to cook some nice pasta dishes to enjoy on the beautiful balcony. The bed is comfortable and we slept well. San Bernardino as a location is very convenient if you are travelling by car as we were able to reach all of the cinque terre villages (start in the morning and park on the road somewhere, e.g above the Manarola car park, that way you don't have to pay for parking). Yes, the roads in cinque terre are narrow and winding but if you are somewhat used to driving mountain roads (as many Swiss people are), it's really not that bad, but best to have 4 eyes on the road. I was very scared of the driving part of this trip but it really wasn't that bad. We even had to park on the street below San Bernardino for most of the trip because there was an event on the church parking lot and that wasn't a problem either. At first I was sceptical if this apartment was gonna be worth it because it was slightly above our usual budget but it was the best decision, won't forget this place and the beautiful mornings sipping bialetti espresso while watching the sky and the sea change colours.

Situated within 500 metres of Riomaggiore Beach and 14 km of Castello San Giorgio, Casa Lorenza features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Riomaggiore. Casa Lorenza is the best place I've stayed in Italy. Riomaggiore is the most beautiful village in Cinque Terre, and you couldn't ask for a better location than Casa Lorenza (just off the main road of Riomaggiore). The room is absolutely amazing - balcony with spectacular view, extremely comfortable large bed, really nice shower. No stairs need to be climbed to reach Casa Lorenza, as there's a paved road that leads there. Although no breakfast is listed on Booking.com, Lorenza leaves super fresh and tasty focaccia, croissant and yogurt on your door handle every morning which are also very filling. I'm so grateful I got to stay here and experience Cinque Terre in such a beautiful way. If a room is even available, definitely go for it

Featuring garden views, Casa Burrasca offers accommodation with a patio, around 40 km from Casa Carbone. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are accessible at the holiday home free of charge. We loved it so much here, we booked an extra night! It felt like our own little home. Monica was super nice. Though her English wasn't that great and my Italian wasn't that great, the communication was flawless. The view was great, the location super quiet at night and Monica gave us a park with which we could park for free in Levanto, even right next to the entrance of the train station. In the train station, you can take the train to any of the 5 Terre, so it was a great base to visit 5 Terre if you are travelling by car. The wifi was superfast!

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony, La Casa Del Doganiere is set in Monterosso al Mare. This is, I think, our best travel experience. Everything is perfect, the view, the welcome of the owner, the apartment, the terraces, calm and close to the shops and beaches. It is a unique place. Sylvia, thanks again. I recommend this accommodation without hesitation. I will be sure to come back.

Offering garden views, 5 Terre For You is an accommodation set in Riomaggiore, 14 km from Castello San Giorgio and 12 km from Technical Naval Museum. Everything- do not hesitate to book. the view is truly spectacular and watching the sunset from the top of the garden is amazing. Barbara was a fantastic host who met us and showed us to the accomodation. great working aircon in living room and bedroom. very close to shops, restaurants and the port.

Offering a garden and garden view, Casa vacanze Osvaldo is situated in San Bernardino, 22 km from Castello San Giorgio and 20 km from Technical Naval Museum. The views from the property are exceptional. There are several outdoor seating areas so you can always find somewhere in the shade. The snacks provided were great. The bed was very comfortable. It was so peaceful at night. The drive up is an adventure! The kitchen has great facilities which made eating in a breeze - make sure you bring food with you as there are no convenient stores or markets. A perfect place to relax after a day hiking or exploring the region.

Located 5 km from La Spezia, this air-conditioned holiday home offers views of the Gulf of Poets and is 8 km from Portovenere. The property has a spectacular view across the bay of La Spezia from its windows. The apartment was well-appointed with everything we needed for self-catering. It easily accommodates 4 persons although there were just two of us. The hosts met us and helped with our luggage down the path to the apartment. It was quiet and rural on the side of a hill. There were 7 windows looking out from the living area and bedrooms, plus a window in the shower which was totally private but with a great view (a definite first for us). It was a great base to visit Cinque Terre and the town of La Spezia. It was a 15 minute drive from the apartment to underground parking near the ferry terminal and we spent all of one day visiting the 4 villages at which the ferries can stop. Our 3 night stay was just right for us and we would definitely return.
