Boasting mountain views, Glamping Cottage Kawaguchiko features accommodation with balcony, around 2.7 km from Lake Kawaguchi. The location was easily navigated by google map and close to the Main Street which takes 5-10min drive to supermarket and convenience store nearby, and about 10-15 min drive to local restaurants. Not too close to lake kawaguchiko tourist area ( i wasn’t the one driving but it felt like a 20-30min ride) and the outdoor living space and neighborhood was quiet.

We wanted to stay longer but unfortunately it was fully booked. It is 4 minutes walking from Kawaguchiko station. Super easy to find. You have everything you need there. Kitchen is well supplied. We really enjoyed our stay there.

The house also had everything well stocked up! We had some difficulties locating the key but thankfully we could communicate in chinese with the owner and managed to get ourselves in soon after. We had also left some clothes behind and the owner was very kind to send it over to us at our next location in Japan. We received it within 2 days! Thank you for the memorable stay!

Clean, tidy, spacious, great location, suited our family and needs incredibly well. Kids enjoyed it so much they wanted to stay in the accommodation instead of exploring the Fuji area.

The house is spacious, spotlessly clean, well equipped, with a wonderful rooftop where you can see Mt Fuji. They have a kitchen that comes with a fridge, a microwave, a coffee grinder, coffee beans, coffee drip tools, electric stove and all necessary utensils. The breakfast is also very nice.

We were so lucky to wake up both mornings with views of Mt Fuji. The house was so well equipped and instructions in English for using the facilities. Lots of heaters including in the bathroom to keep us warm. Easy walk to restaurants and convenience stores.
