Everything at the property was great. We got there very late because our flight delayed but everything was ready for us. The cot and the sofa bed was ready for us. The place was very clean and we had everything that we needed for kitchen. Carla is exceptional. She even bought milk for my little girl. 😊. Mariza picked up us at the airport. Lovely woman, so energetic person . The apartment is very well located, the view is stunning and we were delighted with the fireworks show. There’re bus stop with 2 routes to the centre. The táxi is very cheap and if you want to walk to the centre is not to far. We used to go by foot and come back by taxi. We are already planning to come back if possible for summer and December too. Highly recommend this place.

Everything. Clean and spacious apartment in a very nice and not very crowded location. Maikel was simply the most amazing host ever, helping us with everything we needed and always keeping a table ready for us in his restaurant (which served delicious food and all the staff was super friendly and nice) :)

Everything was perfect. The location is a few minutes away from the center. In the apartment you can find everything you need and there is a lot of space. The host is very friendly and helped me with everything I wanted to know and needed. I totally recommend it with all my heart. There is no private parking but you can let the car on the streets (there are some rules, here I asked the host and I received all the information I needed) or there is a parking place close to the apartment (4.5 euro per day).

Bulgaria
An outstanding apartment! We felt right at home and had easy time enjoying the property's garden, relaxing and cooking, but also working from the living room. Perched just over historical Funchal, this is an excellent base for exploring Madeira! It is 7 min drive to the town's promenade, just off the south highway which connects you to anywhere on the island in less than an hour, and a walking distance to the famed botanical gardens. The premises are spacious and beautifully decorated. Everything is new and fresh. The apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen which we used to cook breakfast and then enjoyed it in the garden. There are only two flats in the whole building which have a garden, and this one was better. It comes with a complimentary parking space which is in a spacious and secure yard and easy to use. I would definitely stay here again for longer when I get the opportunity to go to Madeira again.

One of our best stays! Communication with the host was really smooth! The lady was waiting for us until around 22:30 since we were arriving late, for which we are really thankful! She gave us tips for some tips where we can have a drink or food, since we arrived that late. We had an amazing apartment with had huuuuge balcony where we could relax. It was clean and very comfortable. The internet was really fast, which i personally didn’t see in the places i visited. Amazing view from the balcony, you can see the sunrise from there. In the apartment was a coffee machine, which is really important for us 😂 There is a rooftop, where you can watch the runrise. Just amazing!

It had inside parking and the entrance to the condominium, the building and the flat is managed with a passcode, which is extremely convenient. The bed was comfortable, we had a cleaning at half of the week. Airport bus stops at front of the building, grocery store in 2-300 m. You can reach the city center in 30 min on foot or 10 min by bus.
