This hotel is just perfect. Near everything (amazing restaurants and coffes nearby), all new, comfortable bed, beautiful view, excellent breakfast, friendly staff. Nothing to complain. There is a rooftop bar (no noise!) and they gave us a free welcome drink, amazing to enjoy the sunset view.

Wonderfully refurbished hotel in an old meat factory. The integration of old and new is just perfect. The setting is spectacular right on the sound, very spacious rooms with gorgeous views. Staff were very friendly and helpful with Felipe being a total credit to the hotel. We had pre-booked the guided history tour of the Singular for the day of our arrival and Mica, the guide, was extremely knowledgeable. It was impressive to learn about the background of the whole area and this hotel in particular. We also went on our own to Lago Grey from there for the Glacier Navigation in Torres del Paine. The restaurant, breakfast and bar area were truly "singular" in the furnishings with lovely food and drinks. The sauna, hammam and pool also feature the great views.

This was our best stay in Chile by far .Christina and Carlos have a lovely house in a lovely location and by the end of our three day stay it felt like we were staying with friends instead of hosts . It is a pity we couldn't have stayed longer. Relaxing and comfortable , the towels for example were the best quality I've used in a long time. Information about activities and restaurants were especially useful with the superb local restaurant one of the most unusual I've ever seen.

The breakfast was plentiful and started very early - which was excellent for my partner and I, since we had an early flight. We arrived early, before our checkin time, and we were able to get into our room immediately. The staff was very friendly and helpful answering questions.

Proximity to the water was great. A fair amount of bird life about when we visited. We were in transit to Hotel Lago grey so our visit to the town was relatively brief. Our impression of Puerto Natales was degraded by the poor customer service we received from Hotel Costaustralis. There greedy attitude thankfully was not evident in our other hotel stays :)

One of the gateways to Patagonia, less than 2 hours drive from Hosteria Pehoe. Direct flight from Santiago, everything is convenient, except there is no car rental place at airport. But it is only a 10 min taxi ride to town.

I chose Puerto Natales because it has an airport close to Torres del Paine.
I did four excursions to view the outdoor beauty of southern Chile.
I walked to the bus station to acquire information ... I was pleasantly surprised that a bus can take me futher south, near the tip of South Amarica.

Puerto Natales is a very cool town.
Puerto Natales is a very cool town. We stayed in the park for 2-3 nights and in Puerto Natales for 1 prior to a flight early in the AM. We enjoyed walking through town and had EXCELLENT food at La Disqueria!! It seemed like there were MANY options to stay in PN and travel into TDP - which would be much more cost-efficient than staying in the park! A great city!

There isn’t a whole lot to do in the town itself, you can probably see everything in one day, and the weather is unpredictable even in the summer. It’s walkable and there are some cool shops and restaurants that largely cater to tourists. Most people come here because they are going to hike or tour Torres Del Paine, to see the glaciers, or both, and they don’t want to spend $500 USD or more per night to stay in the park. Figure out how many excursions you want to do, and give yourself an extra day to check out the town.

Puerto Natales is an easily navigated small town and a good jumping off point for tours and trips to Torres del Paine, one of Chile's most famous national parks and hiking trails, as well as for catamaran tours to see the glaciers. The town is equipped with a number of good restaurants, outdoor/sports stores and supermarkets, making it a good place to stop before and/or after excursions. It has a beautiful waterfront. It is cool year round, cold in the winter, keep in mind this region of Chile includes Antarctica so you should always be prepared for wind and cold, although we did have a few relatively warm afternoons.
We felt very safe and happy here. Staff was so incredibly kind and reliable and helpful. Bathrooms were in better condition than most hostels we’ve stayed in, which is pretty unusual for a campsite! We stayed in a tent with equipment provided, perfect for two people and sleeping bags were super duper warm! Breakfast was lovely to have and having a good coffee before a day of hiking was superb!! Heaps of pots and pans and crockery to use. We are very glad we stayed here and would 100% recommend this accommodation!!
Excellent studio apartment, in a quiet location, in downtown Puerto Natales. Communication with staff was great before and during the trip. Small apartment had a comfortable king-size bed, sofa, small kitchenette with eating area, utensils, paper towel, dish soap, salt, pepper, etc. Close to shops, car rentals, and excellent restaurants. Staff will store luggage for you if you arrive prior to check in and/or if you go trekking in the park.
This place is really homey, so comfortable and clean. I will definitely recommend this place. A good walking distance to the center, good for training for the hikes. Place is quiet and has own fridge, and hot kettle and utensils. Catalina was great in helping us book some tours and answering our questions. She also prepared box lunches for us early in the morning. Definitely would stay back here coming back to Puerto Natales
Great little hotel in Puerto Natales. We were greeted and shown to our room after checking in. The room was exactly what we needed before heading off to start the W Trek. They have options to leave your luggage there too. Breakfast was ready for those early starts. The owner also helped us after we'd checked out to give it luggage to a courier.
It was easy to walk in to town and also to the bus stop
Would highly recommend.
Highly recommend El Patagonico for anyone visiting Puerto Natales and especially if you are going to Torres del Paine, since it is super close to the bus station. The staff is really helpful and even let us keep our bags for one night while we went to TDP and slept overnight in a camp there. They also helped us rent some hiking equipment. Nice community feeling and good, clean rooms.
During my stay in Puerto Natales/W-Trek Origines became my home base. I have stayed there a couple of time and I was always happy to come back "home" - the hotel manager was super open, friendly and had supported me in a couple of occastions; she is the heart of Origines. I would always go back. Location is practical since it is in between the main bus station and the center.
The location was wonderful, easily in walking distances around the town and waterfront. The view was magical and the room was incredibly spacious. The hosts were very responsive and helpful despite us speaking little to no Spanish. It's an incredible value and great place to stay, we loved Puerto Natales, and would recommend staying here to anyone!
Isla Yu Patagonia is the best place to stay in Puerto Natales. The host was very welcoming and helpful. He upgraded our rooms for no cost. The beds and room were comfortable. Also, the bathroom was spacious. They also have interesting tours to visit Patagonia in Chile. The property is located near the center and there are a lot of stores nearby.
I loved staying here before and after the W Trek. The owner and staff are super helpful and kind. They make the best coffee in Puerto Natales (maybe the best in Patagonia). The beds are so comfortable and the location is quiet so you can get great sleep. Nice 10 min walk to city center. I recommend to any type of traveler.
Nice, clean comfortable room and very pleasant, helpful owners. A great location too. If you're looking for a hostel in Puerto Natales this one is recommended. My wife had never stayed in a hostel before and was trepidacious but this one convinced her that hostels can be a great way to travel.
This hotel was a nice surprise. We had been staying in other hotels in Puerto Natales, and chose the Hacienda Dorotea because, this time, the others were sold out, and wished we had found this gem sooner. Not to mention that this brand new hotel has a great history behind.
We loved this hotel - very comfortable bed and pillow, lovely room, seems recently renovated as everything looks very new. There is a bar and a restaurant within hotel and personnel is super kind and helpful. We would recommend to everyone visiting Puerto Natales!
One of the best hostels I have been in Chile, very comfortable, clean, and very well located. The owner of the hostel Marcos runs the hostel and is very friendly. He knows places to eat well and cheaply, cabs, travel tips and flexible checking hours
A perfect little apartment for short or longer stay in Puerto Natales. Clean, spacious, comfortable beds, and the highlight is the fully equipped kitchen, with oil, salt and pepper. I would stay here again if returning back to Puerto Natales.
This is a lovely hotel right near the center of town. The rooms are minimalist, but very clean and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay great - they also stored our bags while we hiked. Would recommend!
One of the best hotels we have stayed at in Chile! Amazing view from the rooms, amazing breakfast, friendly staff. Also the water was hot! They have a little gym with a set of weights and a bench which is nice as well.
The rooftop bar has the best view in all of Puerto Natales. The room was very nice and super comfortable with an amazing view from the showers.
The breakfast was also amazing.
Wonderful owners and the design and aesthetic of the hotel are impeccable. Did not expect to find such a swanky place in Puerto Natales. Wish I could’ve stayed longer.
Beautiful hotel a little outside the centre of Puerto Natales (quick and cheap taxi in). Lovely pool / spa area and large, spacious and light rooms. Breakfast great.
* Central location in Puerto Natales
* Breakfast started already from 6:00 AM; I liked the way it was served
* I am very thankful for the laundry service
