Three House Hotel was the perfect spot for our honeymoon, right in the old center, near the cable car, the market. It is lovely looking, very spacious and clean, with all the amenities one would need. The rooftop is the cherry on top. :) The staff is more than happy to help you with everything you need. I surely recommend it!

Esta mansión restaurada de Madeira, situada a 900 metros del centro histórico de Funchal, ofrece terrazas y jardines botánicos con vistas panorámicas al mar, a la ciudad y a las montañas. We missed our connection flight and arrived to the hotel in the middle of the night. Despite the time, Nuno welcomed us with a smile and very patient explanations and made the start of our trip in Madeira very pleasant. Also the rest of the staff was very nice, attentive and helpful. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. The hotel's garden is gorgeous and has a nice panoramic view of the sea and was the perfect place for breakfast. Breakfast was excellent with large variety. It is highly recommended.

Alexia Room está en Funchal, a 8 min a pie de Playa Almirante Reis y a 1,7 km de Puerto deportivo Marina de Funchal, y dispone de alojamiento con wifi gratis, aire acondicionado y terraza. Alexandra is a great host, super friendly, and helpful. She personally welcomed us, even though we arrived very late. The room was super comfortable, and the breakfast was great, fruit, bread, cheese, ham, yogurt and some sweets 😋. She also have some fruit and welcome snacks ready for us.

Apartments Madeira Barreirinha ofrece alojamiento con piscina al aire libre abierta todo el año, wifi gratis y parking privado gratis en Funchal. The staff was amazing. Luciano and Orlando are very kind and welcoming. Luciano made an effort to fulfil our requests on check-in and his colleague Orlando checked us in relatively late on a Friday evening. They gave us the best advices on the best places to eat espetadas, fish and bolo do caco. And also where to drink poncha close by. It was a very good advice to avoid driving after drinking a 50% alcoholic drink 😅 The facilities are great and depending on the room you book, the views are amazing with views to the ocean and the east part of the city. The building has an underground parking and they give you the keys for you to park inside, which is extremely handy given the lack of parking in the public streets all over the city. We didn't use because we went in January, but they also have a swimming pool on the rooftop!

Beautiful clean apartment, friendly host and the view from the rooftop apartment terrace was georgeous, will definitely come back!!

Agnelo Comfort - Accommodation H V se encuentra en Funchal, a 12 min a pie de Puerto deportivo Marina de Funchal y a 14 km de Cabo Girão, y ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratis. We had an amazing stay at this comfortable apartment! Central location to the market across the street and grocery stores and bus and the waterfront promenade. It felt like we were locals going to the grocery store and taking the bus, not like tourists! The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need! We loved it! Jose was a wonderful host and he was in touch with us from the moment we landed at the airport and any time we had a question he was quick to answer all of our questions! We didn't have a problem with noise from the market early morning but we always travel with a white noise machine so we didn't hear anything. We found the bed super comfortable. We were there for almost 2 weeks and cannot wait to go back to Madeira and hope that Jose's apartment is available when we do!! Thank you so much Jose!!

Solar do Ribeiro se encuentra en Funchal, a 12 min a pie de Playa Almirante Reis y a 1,7 km de Puerto deportivo Marina de Funchal, y ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratis, jardín con terraza y vistas al... The location is great. A 10-20 minute walk from the central bus urban, airport and interurban stops, a big supermarket, many restaurants, shops and bars and the harbour. The apartment had a lovely view of the harbour, a big balcony with good balcony furniture and there is a rooftop with an even better view of the sea. The apartment has a comfortable bed, a good bathroom, a big and functional kitchen, a good oven, a big fridge, a washing machine, a good sized dining table, a good sofa and an armchair and coffee table. The apartment is light and bright, with shutters and windows which cut out the noise of a relatively quiet street (though the local dogs go crazy barking at night!) The staff are extremely helpful and quick to respond if there are any issues. We had 6 delightful weeks there and were very sad to leave.

Our host was great, she gave us a lot of useful informations and tips about the best places in Funchal. The apartment was very spacious with fully equipped kitchen. There was a parking lot close by which we really appreciated while renting a car. Overall a great experience.
