Needed to be mid-town, so chose the Whitby over the Crosby. Appreciated how quickly restaurant hostess and staff were to recognize my husband and me. Excellent front desk staff. For midtown it is a great place, not the biggest rooms but hey this is New York. You need a place to sleep not more.
