We would highly recommend this wonderful place. It is such a gem. We traveled here with two small boys (4 and 6). Sajmir was an amazing host. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, had ideas for things to do, and even help send us our son's glasses (after we left) because he had lost them at the house. Sajmir sent us a ton of ideas for activities and restaurants, checked in to see if we were comfortable, and was an overall joy to communicate with. The house is so charming. All of the beds are in the lofted bedroom but for our purposes that work very well. The house has all the amenities of things you need and the garden is wonderful. Spending time in the garden eating, relaxing on the hammock, enjoying a bonfire, and playing were some of our favorite memories. It helps that the house is literally on the beach and you get to claim two beach chairs at the beach (included in the reservation). You also are not very far from the boardwalk, which means you have easy access to restaurants and bars. We appreciate the constant music from the beach restaurants. It was a nice vacation vibe. We had a wonderful time in Casa de la Playa! The property is in a quiet corner, but still not far from the beach and all the restaurants, and - bonus - there is a supermarket just at the corner as well as parking just before the house. The host was exceptionally kind and attentive, and gave us plenty of tips from the nearest ATM to the best restaurant. We would really recommend this place for your stay (but bring your own towels as this is an apartment and not a hotel!)

And it exceeded my expectations!This is one of the best places I’ve ever visited.The apartment was very comfortable and clean but what made me feel like I was at home was the staff, because they were too nice and kind and helpful.If you want a quiet place with a big and beautiful garden where you can rest your mind then you should definitely visit this place. Our apartment completely matched given pictures, facility is new, cozy, spacious, with location near to beach bars at Ada Bojana (end of Velika plaza beach). It is set at quite area (border line between Donji and Gornji Stoj), owners are very friendly and for every request they were trying their best to help. I would recommend it
