The host Svehla (spelling?) was very welcoming, fluent in English, and an excellent cook. She prepared a whole vegan/vegetarian feast for us! We were the only guests at the time, and had the terrace overlooking the valley to ourselves. The rooms are clean with cotton sheets.

An absolutely perfect spot when hiking in the area of Theth. The family hosting the property is wonderfull. We were especially impressed by Elena, who immediately made us feel right at home! Each evening we could enjoy homemade meals and a very cozy atmosphere 😊 If we are ever back in Theth, this is the place we will stay at!

Bujtina Vellezerit Grrela se encuentra en Theth, a 3,2 km de Parque nacional de Thethi, y ofrece alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis y bar. Las camas eran muy cómodas con unas sábanas suuuper suaves. El personal encantador, nos invitaron a raki :) El baño estaba muy limpio, agua caliente con buena presión; después del treking nos dimos la mejor ducha con las mejores vistas. Muy bien ubicado para las rutas pero muy tranquilo al mismo tiempo. Volveríamos ya mismo sin dudarlo.

Everything was perfect! We could use their bikes and got coffee with croissants and cookies in the morning, the owner wants to help with everything and is very kind! We could also leave our luggage there until we come back from our Valbona-Theth trip. Also the room had AC which is amazing during the hot summer. I would totally recommend this!!

I stayed there for two nights and the hotel is just amazing!! There is hot water 24hours and the room was warm all the time. It is a family business and I like staying in those small hotels as you get to speak with the staff which was very early and friendly during my stay. The staff is very helpful and kind and always ready to help you anytime.When I go back to Theth I’m staying only at Royal Land! The location is amazing too,the view and their garden makes you relax while you listen to the river which is a few meters away I would say. Congratulations to the family that is running the business as they are doing an amazing job! Thank you for the amazing breakfast and especially for petullat(Albanian pancakes).

It is positioned in a good location, only a 5-6 minute walk from the city center and main restaurants. The most notable thing was the amazing hospitality of the cute couple Hilmi and his lady, who made sure to provide everything we needed and made our stay very pleasant.
