The pool is surrounded by walls by all sides. There is always share at some place around the pool and because of it the water wasnt very warm and we couldnt properly sunbathe.

The room was very spacious and the bathroom had the tub and the shower separate so one person could shower in the shower and the other in the tub. The breakfast was nice and there were a lot of options.

The only issue was about breakfast space , one has to hold in line for others to finish eating ...but it was toleraterable since people were many .

From the Reception, a Staff called Okta was so helpful and welcoming, the rooms were incredibly clean and well maintained. The view was million dollar one . Can't wait to visit again .

The stuff was so kind and helpful. Especially the 2 male employees that helped me find a taxi at 4am in the morning during the flood days in Dubai, I want to thank them so much. They were doing whatever they could to get me a taxi at this bad weather conditions.

We definitely enjoyed our stay in Gulf Court Hotel. They have a lot to offer for everyone to enjoy their stay. The staff are very professional and friendly especially Ms. Okta in the main reception, she managed to give us a room upgrade when she knew we had a family celebration in the hotel. Thumbs up for her great hospitality and professionalism. The rooms are very clean and spacious, everything is in there except for the dental kits, otherwise, the rooms are of good value for a luxurious stay. We also booked a karaoke room in this hotel, nothing much special, it was nice place for gathering but I think they should improve their service and the song list should be updated and the food service is a bit slow than what we expected. We also liked the breakfast buffet in Al Waha Restaurant. Overall, I recommend this hotel for families and group of friends who wants to a have short vacation and good time with their loved ones. Thank you for the great service.

I have stayed at your hotel many times, so I chose your hotel for a business trip. I have booked 3 rooms, for myself and two for my business partners. Two rooms were dirty (bones under the sink, dirt between the bed and the bedside table), which suggests that in such places the staff does not wash. The water drain in the bathroom and sink also worked poorly in two rooms. I asked for a book of reviews at the reception, but they told me that we would clean everything up. But the problem has not been fixed. This did not leave a pleasant impression, because by choosing your hotel, I wanted to create a great impression for my business partners as well.

Coffee was not good. We had to call the reception every day for cleaning the rooms. Breakfast room a little bit poor. Staff was excellent, except on reception check in. He ask us in which valuta we like to charge the cc for the bill. Because we were delayed and it was very late we were a little bit confused and choose euro instead of aed, so we paid €60 more. After we saw the high price we ask him. He told us that the rate was high at the hotel. He could have told us before. I found that a scam and not very friendly, arriving as a new guest at check in.

They offer a free shuttle bus to the Dubai Mall but only once a day there and back. Maybe they could increase the frequency.

Water pressure was mediocre, the setup (hand shower, rain shower) led to an always 'leaking' rain shower. Access to bath/shower was rather difficult. Suspect bedbugs, dont have proof though. Bar & swimming pool were not that attractive.

Friendly staff. Quality of room service was good. Bed was comfortable.
