The staff was super helpful and polite, Waliid was very kind! The hotel is definitely worth more than what is priced. The location is amazing and if you get a room high enough, has an incredible view! I will definitely book again if I visit Dubai for a second time! Rooms are spacious, really clean and the lobby area is very modern and warm.

Wifi connection in rooms is very weak! bed mattress is not comfort at all, long time to act for inquiries regarding any room maintenance.

there is nothing i did not like. I just want to tell you as an advice about the pics you added here in the booking app, it is not reflect the real beautiful speaces you have, the reality is much better than the pics in the app.

Service at lunch. I ordered a mojito with lunch and it did not arrive. When asking the waitress where was my drink she just shrugged and said there was no lime. She should have advised me immediately and given me other options not just ignoring me.

The location was terrific. Room was a good size and close to Metro. The reception staff were fabulous. Friendly, helpful and fun.

Great location with free shuttle service to Dubai mall, amazing staff polite and professional specially Ms. Rikita (from reception) and kring from breakfast. The room was clean and so cozy comfortable. It was a surprise from my husband for my birthday and the same time our honeymoon (they gave us cookies 🍪 too) 😍 Thank you Rove city walk for helping my husband to make our short trip more memorable. We will surely comeback next time.

One employee (Egyptian) during night shift after 12 AM on Friday 31 of May. We ordered food through Talabat and when the driver came to the hotel he refused to let him up or take the food up by hotel staff. The driver had to cancel the order and throw away the food . there was no room service at that time at the hotel. Not sure why the employee acted this way although there is a service lift for the drivers to deliver food. He was rude and uncooperative. The night manager had to be called and he dealt with the employee whom we had the incident with and he was polite and very helpful

No amenities in the room available, you have to ask.. why not to provide the default things like toothpaste, soaps, sewing kit etc..

Coca cola arena is right next to the hotel, if you are coming for concerts in Dubai this is the place to stay, not spending money on taxis and time and walking in the heat. There are shuttles to the beach and Dubai mall Very hospitable and nice staff.

I do travel a lot, and I recently stayed at Rove City Walk hotel in Dubai where everything was just perfect. From the room to the lobby and the staff, everything was top-notch. The facilities were amazing, and it felt like experiencing a 5-star hotel with a reasonable price. I will definitely come back to this hotel again.

I would have liked if they could have more bathroom products. I understand their theme is being eco friendly but can’t there be a way to be that yet also give me some essentials like body lotion and ear buds…

I think you get very good value from this hotel considering what you are paying. The whole theme is minimalism and being eco friendly which is a good concept. The room was not an overly big sized room but enough room to not feel cramped but in fact it felt cozy and you had all the space you really need. I also liked the tv how it could easily connect to my devices to stream YouTube.
