“If you want to spend a quick night near Orly Airport, this may interest you. My stay at the hotel was short (less than 12 hours) as had an early flight from Orly and was travelling with my dog, so I was not looking for luxury. I was looking for something near the airport and pet-friendly, and this hotel was ideal. I arrived using the tram, the lady at the reception was very friendly, there is a very good Portuguese restaurant 20 meters from the hotel, and the free shuttle service from the hotel to the airport at 5 am was exceptional. I booked in advance, and the price was fair. For my pet, I paid 8 EUR on top at the reception, but this was communicated to me in advance, so no surprises. Thank you very much.”
“Kyriad hotel is the best example why they should implement AI and get rid of all the dumb and usless staff (exception is cleaning personnel-those are hardworking bees) . When trying to communicate with them about shuttle, they reply with generic messages in French about parking spots etc. This hotel is for desperate travelers on the budget who got stuck in the transit otherwise no sane person will book it. They advertise free shuttle, and that's the only reason that I booked it given bad reviews and my late arrival. Guess what - they never sent a shuttle despite my multiple attempts to contact, so ended up playing €20 for a cab. My room smelled like cigarettes, the front desk older guy cursed out loud when I asked where is the elevator, the manager Celine is oblivious with no apologies, no reimbursement offers and just a bunch of attitude. She was giggling as I walked out. And this hotel is expensive.”
