The kitchen lacks ordinary things such as sponge, towel, dish detergent. I really missed a place to put things in the bathroom when showering. Some walls were a bit dirty or scratched.

It was easy to find the flat, the interior is really cozy and beautiful, there are a lot of space. There were several lamps, so you could have a homey feel, enough shelves to put items.

Although we were 3 people, we got only one key. There was nobody to guide us or tell us about the small details as there was no staff. It was quite upsetting. We asked about drinking water and didn't get any proper response as well..

The apartment was very clean, tidy and well equipped kitchen. There was everything that you want for an apartment. Also, location was great..6 mins walking distance from the old square.

The apartment is on the ground floor and the air is a bit stuffy.

A quite place right near the Old Town, close to the bus station and near a tram stop. A bunch of restaurants, convenience stores and a shopping mall nearby allows you to get everything you need. And there are a lot of attractions in a walking distance. A private entrance, good wifi, a small kitchenette with more or less everything you might need for a short stay. The room is quite spacious and a bed is comfortable.

The noise from The apartment above you could hear everything and even the lights of the two apartments are connected in the middle Of the night I woke up hearing steps and suddenly the lights open

The spiral stairs up to the apartment were a little bit scary at first:) But from the second time it was better. I think there are some different rooms and only one is with spiral stairs.

Cute apartment with everything you need inside! Clean and convenient. Self check in with clear instructions. The location is close to the main train and bus station of Krakow and to the Old city. There is a train to the airport from the main station. We spent a whole day walking around, the location is really great!

Very confortable, spacy, cute apartment. It is fully equipped just like a small house would be. The Internet connection is very good in case someone needs to work. Clean and located very close to the main city attractions. Everything was perfect. Would visit again definitely!

The property wasn’t ready for guests, as though someone left halfway through making up the room. There was bedding and towels washing from the previous guest left out drying on a maiden. A picture hasn’t been hanged and a light fixture left unattached. In the bathroom a light fitting was on the side and a shower door unattached. The heating didn’t work and when I asked about it, I was told it was too early for heating in Poland and to try switching it on at the battery. I think tools would have been required as there was no obvious access to the main electrical point. (see pic) Pillows were sofa cushions in folded pillow cases and the curtain was a netting sheet that had been clipped up. The apartment smelt of damp wood. There was a noise that I think was coming from a different apartment (not the fault of the property) but it sounded like a toilet being flushed continuously and it never stopped all night.

The property was fine as a base for seeing Kraków. The bed was comfortable.
