You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe fact that there’s just a one shower gel+shampoo product. I’d love for there to be a separate shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Also for the soap to be actual soap, and not the shower gel+shampoo again. But it’s the only thing I would complain about, everything was absolutely superb.
I loved how friendly the staff was (even though it’s a self-service hotel I bumped into a cleaning lady which was very nice). I’ve stayed at the property before but this stay was definitely my favourite. Room was very clean and spotless, ideally prepared for my arrival. I was even lucky to get the room on the top floor! Everything about my stay was just superb. Will definitely be staying there again in the future.

MaltaI would suggest having some food brochures for take away or eating out as it’s quite secluded location and took us a while to figure out what is available on Uber eats. The other thing, the touch pad on the check in screen doesn’t work very well when you switch from letters to numbers, it lags.
Booked last minute for a late layover and left at 3am. Was just a ten min linear walk from airport and impeccably clean. We were relieved that everything was clean felt new and there was a certain peace with the self check in fact. I never experienced a non manned hotel before and was surprised that it works well and I think people feel more at home given that mostly everyone coming is in transit and exhausted. Very quiet and nice complimentary coffee and tea. Definitely come again if we have another layover in Gdansk!
